REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Our refund and returns policy applies only to goods purchased through this website.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please contact us at account@stautos.com.au within this period to resolve any issues.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
Return Process:
To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your credit card or bank account. There may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at account@stautos.com.au.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges for sale items are subject to item availability.
Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at account@stautos.com.au and send your item to Service Parts Online, C/O Fy 1, 10 Henderson Road, Knoxfield, VIC 3180.
Shipping:
To return your product, please mail it to Service Parts Online, C/O Fy 1, 10 Henderson Road, Knoxfield, VIC 3180. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, altered, dropped, or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage and insurance costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and pre-paying all postage when returning the product.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit if you choose not to insure them.
