How often should I replace my filters?
Follow the service schedule in your owner's manual. As a general guide, change the oil and check the oil filter every 10,000 km, and replace the fuel filter every 20,000 to 40,000 km, or as your manual specifies. A service filter kit typically includes the oil, air and fuel filters.
Spin-on or cartridge oil filter: which do I need?
Use the type your owner's manual specifies. A spin-on filter is a sealed unit (metal housing, filter media and gasket) that screws onto the engine. A cartridge filter is only the filter element, which sits inside a permanent housing on the engine. Search by your vehicle to see the oil filters listed for it.

Standard shipping within Australia is free, and we aim to dispatch your order within one business day after payment clears.
Are your parts covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our Australia-wide warranty is in line with the recommended service interval specified for each product, so the period depends on the part. Many of our parts meet or exceed OEM standards. For a warranty claim or a question about a product, contact our team at account@stautos.com.au.
How much is shipping, and how long will it take?
Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders. Order by 10 am (Melbourne time) on a business day for same-day dispatch; otherwise we aim to dispatch within 1 business day. Parcel Post takes 2–4 business days in the same state and 3–6 interstate. Express shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times are set by Australia Post and are outside our control.
What if the part doesn't fit my car?
Send us your rego, VIN or vehicle details before we dispatch. If we confirm the part and it doesn't fit, you get a full refund or a replacement, and we email a prepaid Australia Post return label. Fitted or used parts aren't covered. Other returns: eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.
