To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges of sale items will subject to availability of the item.

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods within 1-3 business days after the payment is cleared; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. We will contact you if this occurs.
In general, if you are in Victoria: Metro - up to 2 business days, Country - up to 5 business days
If you are in other States: Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points, Country - Please ask at your local Post Office.
